Tracey is not only professional but also very kind, caring and patient. I’ve always struggled with wax buildup and it got to the point where I was incredibly uncomfortable and lost the majority of my hearing in one ear due to it being so blocked. However, Sounds Clear quickly and safely removed the wax restoring my hearing and comfort. I was a little nervous for the appointment but Tracey was very clear, transparent and informative about the proceedings, checking in every step of the way to ensure I was ok and comfortable. Overall, not only was the treatment carried out thoroughly and properly but the level of care was exceptional with fantastic communication. I was also given excellent advice regarding the after care of my ears following the procedure, with some preventative measures to be put in place. Thank you Tracey for helping me out 10/10 would highly recommend!

A huge 'thank you' to Tracy. She very kindly brought my appointment forward a week & came to my home at lunchtime, which helped with my work commitments. Tracy is so friendly & professional, explaining everything clearly before beginning my treatment. She also offered additional advice regarding follow-up hearing tests, etc. And WHAT a difference it made, an instant return of sibilance (the TV volume is no longer working too hard). I asked Tracy if she could go to my Mum's Care Home, Old Norse Lodge, to check her ears as her hearing has diminished even though she wears hearing aids. My Mum has both Alzeimers and Vascular Dementia as well as being very hard of hearing. Tracy treated my Mum with the utmost respect. After using the micro suction device, Tracy showed me what she had extracted from my mums ear. I was absolutely astonished at the size of the wax wedge that came out. There is no wonder she had gone so very deaf and confirmed that she could now hear much better. Tracy discussed what she was doing and her findings at each stage of the way and was most professional and excellent in her manner. I can thoroughly recommend Tracy. She is a lovely lady too!
